This recipe is the holy grail for anyone who wants a quick fix to their chocolate cravings with simple ingredients that are readily available in all your kitchens. You can mix and match the recipe to make it your own and easily substitute the ingredients that you cannot find.
It is important to note that you should always use microwave-safe dishes to heat or bake food in the microwave oven. For this recipe, we prefer using a silicone cake pan because they are flexible, easy to use, and are the perfect size for this batter. They are preferable but, if you do not have them on hand, don’t worry. Just find any microwave-safe dish that you use in your microwave oven and bake this cake!
You will be surprised by how quick this cake bakes and is ready. You will know it’s done when it firms up from the center and pulls away from the edges of the cake pan.
This cake can be stored at room temperature for up to four days, in a cling wrap or a reusable container. If you want to freeze and use it for a special occasion, this cake freezes very well and can later be reheated in the best microwave oven in Pakistan and served to the guests.
If eggs are not available or for a vegan option, you can substitute the eggs for bananas, applesauce or buttermilk.

Butter- 3 Tbsp
White Sugar- ¼ Cup
Egg- 1
Vanilla Extract- 1 tsp
Milk- ¼ Cup
Flour- ½ Cup
Cocoa Powder- 2 Tbsp
Baking Powder- ¼ tsp
Salt- A pinch

Grease your cake pan with butter to ensure that the cake does not stick to it.
In a bowl, combine all your wet ingredients.
Cream together sugar and eggs, add butter, milk, and vanilla essence as well.
In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and use your spatula to fold in the mixture.
Pour in the cake pan and let it cook in the microwave oven for 2 to 2 and a half minutes or until the cake separated from the pan and is firm from the middle.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings, when done.
