Method

  1. Start off by mixing the dry ingredients together well (Baking powder & flour) until they are fully incorporated.

  3. Beat all the wet ingredients together for about 5 minutes or until they are completely mixed.
  4. Now add the fry mixture to the wet one slowly and gradually, making sure that you don’t over-blend.
  5. Add the vanilla essence for flavor at the end and pour the prepared batter into a microwave-safe cake pan.
