We are very grateful for your love and response but the overwhelming traffic over orders caused a backlog of tremendous proportion, especially since the courier services were also not functional.
To deal with the backlog, we have automated and evolved our delivery process and are ensuring quick response all around.
To eliminate the long wait over phone lines and all the queries that are missed, we are prioritizing order placement and customer service calls. This may cause a long waiting time for product information calls. Thus, for any query, order updates and product information, please send us an email at help.orient.com.pk, generate a ticket and get quicker response from our beefed-up customer service team.
To accelerate order processing and the unavailability over telephonic order confirmation, we will now be confirming all orders through SMS. All you need to do is click on the link provided in the automatically generated SMS and confirm your order and move along in the order processing queue.
During the next few weeks, we realize that orders might be delayed as courier services shut down owing to Eid Holidays. But, to keep customers facilitated, we will be delivering your orders within the schedule mentioned below through Orient’s Delivery Services, conditional upon stock availability on location.
For Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Sahiwal, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Bahawalpur, Sialkot, Sukkur, Jhelum, Hyderabad & Peshawar - Orders placed by 21st of May will be delivered before Eid through Orient’s Delivery Services.
For all Other Cities Across Pakistan - Orders placed by 18th of May will be picked up by Courier companies and delivered before Eid.
