The trainings are aimed at imparting comprehensive technical knowledge and at proper selection and effective application of the products and to provide comprehensive technical support to the customers. The company also conducts regular in-house training sessions for its technical team members to keep them abreast of  new developments in the industry & products and in innovative solutions offered for unique applications worldwide, thus enabling them to provide effective solutions to customers.

For local marketing of the products, Orient Engineering Services has appointed Orient Water Services (Pvt.) Ltd. (OWS) as sub-agents. OWS markets products and offers after-sale services through a team of professional sales & service engineers and service technicians. Products and services are offered by OWS through its offices in major cities of Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi) and through resident sales/service engineers in other cities, towns and industrial zones across the country. OWS technical team members are trained by the manufactures at their own training facilities abroad and in technical training seminars in Pakistan and are also provided job-site trainings for special applications at locations around the world.

OWS maintains stocks of products in Karachi and Lahore.
